Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Muscle Brother. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • It is returned in the original packaging with all tags attached

  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Note: Final sale items, socks, and underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please:

  1. Email us at support@musclebrother.shop with:

    • Your order number

    • The item(s) you wish to return

    • Reason for the return (optional)

  2. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the return address we provide

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or color):

  • Follow the same process as a return

  • In your email, specify the replacement item

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Socks, underwear, and accessories that touch skin directly (for hygiene)

  • Final sale or clearance items
